Terms and Conditions for Stewart’s Academy

Governing Law

All services, transactions, and agreements with Stewarts Business Consultant are governed by the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Payments & Fees

  • Clients must pay the full service fees as agreed at the time of enrollment or contract.
  • Payments must be made via the available payment methods.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

Refund Policy

  • No full cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
  • If a client notifies Stewarts Business Consultant before attending 3 sessions/classes, only AED 1 will be refunded within 5–6 working days.
  • The remaining paid amount will be held as credit under the client’s name and can be used to rejoin or continue the same services initially agreed upon.
  • If notification is made after 3 sessions/classes, no refund will be issued, and the full amount remains as credit.
  • Credits are non-transferable and must be redeemed for the same services.

Service Delivery

  • Stewarts Business Consultant will provide services as described in the enrollment agreement, brochure, or official communication.
  • Service dates, times, and content are subject to change due to operational requirements, with prior notice to clients wherever possible.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information during enrollment and keep contact details updated.
  • Clients are expected to attend scheduled sessions/classes punctually.
  • Misuse of services, fraudulent activity, or violation of terms may result in termination of services without refund.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Stewarts Business Consultant respects client privacy and complies with UAE data protection laws.
  • Any personal data collected will be used only for service delivery and communication purposes.

Intellectual Property

  • All materials, content, and intellectual property provided during services remain the property of Stewarts Business Consultant.
  • Clients are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

  • Stewarts Business Consultant is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of services.
  • Clients use services at their own discretion and acknowledge that results may vary.

Modifications to Terms

  • Stewarts Business Consultant reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time in accordance with UAE law.
  • Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.

Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling and making payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the refund policy.
