Trading Mentorship Program​

By enrolling in our mentorship program, the student agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Enrollment & Access

1.1 Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.

1.2 Access to the course, classes, recordings, and resources will be provided through the official platform/app.

1.3 Course access begins according to the selected batch start date.

1.4 Access credentials are personal and must not be shared.

2. Course Structure

2.1 The mentorship may include:

  • Live Sessions
  • Recorded Sessions
  • Learning Modules
  • Assignments
  • Community Access
  • Mentor Support (where applicable)

2.2 Class schedules, dates, and timings are fixed for each batch and cannot be modified individually.

2.3 The academy reserves the right to update modules, schedules, or session structures to improve learning quality.

3. Attendance & Participation

3.1 Students are responsible for attending sessions on time.

3.2 Missed live classes may only be compensated through available recordings (if included in the program)

3.3 Continuous absence may affect eligibility for completion recognition or community access.

4. Learning Responsibility

4.1 Students acknowledge that progress depends on personal effort, practice, discipline, and implementation.

4.2 Completion of the program does not guarantee trading profitability or financial outcomes.

5. Trading Risk Disclosure

5.1 Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk.

5.2 All educational content is for learning and educational purposes only.

5.3 Mentors, academy staff, and the organization do not provide financial, investment, or portfolio management services.

5.4 Students are solely responsible for their own trading decisions and financial outcomes.

5.5 Past performance, examples, or demonstrations do not guarantee future results.

6. Community Rules

6.1 Students must maintain respectful communication.

6.2 Harassment, abuse, hate speech, discrimination, or disruption will not be tolerated.

6.3 Spam, promotions, solicitation, and unauthorized marketing are prohibited.

6.4 Community access may be suspended for misconduct.

7. Recording & Intellectual Property

7.1 Course materials, recordings, PDFs, templates, and content remain the intellectual property of the academy.

7.2 Recording, reproducing, distributing, reselling, or sharing content externally is prohibited.

7.3 Unauthorized distribution may result in immediate termination of access.

8. Payment & Refund Policy

8.1 Fees paid are considered final unless stated otherwise in an official refund policy.

8.2 Students are responsible for reviewing course details before purchasing.

8.3 Payment disputes initiated after receiving access may lead to account suspension.

9. Technical Requirements

9.1 Students are responsible for maintaining internet access and compatible devices.

9.2 The academy is not responsible for student-side technical limitations.

10. Certification & Completion (If Applicable)

10.1 Certificates may be issued only upon satisfying completion requirements.

10.2 Completion criteria may include attendance, participation, assignments, or assessments.

11. Account & Access Policy

11.1 Access is limited to the enrolled student only.

11.2 Sharing accounts or allowing multiple users to access one enrollment may result in cancellation without refund.

12. Termination of Access

The academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access due to:

  • Policy violations
  • Misconduct
  • Content sharing
  • Fraudulent activity

13. Acceptance

By purchasing and attending the mentorship program, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
